Had Lorena and she had very poor customer service. Rude as well. Would not recommend this branch for poor service. They should hire associates that are friendly and helpful. We went to the chase bank on Artesia  and immediately we were helped and they were surprised at This chase bank not willing to help. They were also surprised Lorena and the chase bank on Redondo Beach blvd did not give us any checks. The Chase bank on Artesia is the one to go to for anything. A lot more helpful and really friendly!

omg they slow. i just came today and i waitin and was next in to see banker n that took an hour to wait. i see bankers talkin alot to ppl and wasting time.slowwwwwww  beware if you have to wait.. all i like from chase here is the atm

Rude just rude , they discriminate you! It took them 40 min to assist me

Bad service all the employer don't work I have to wait more that 30 min and I am I front of the line  go to other branch

BEWARE EXTREMELY SLOW. I try my best to avoid having to go inside since there are only TWO teller windows. There is almost always a line of people halfway to the door especially after 3pm. Be prepared to wait 30 min on average.
