I had a situation where my online check deposit didn't go as I thought and wasn't able to get the funds that u needed from it. I called the customer care number and they could not help me and sounded very robotic in the way it was handled. I decided to go to the the branch I always go to (this one) be was helped by Trent. Trent is the manager of the branch as he should be. His customer service skills are exceptional and he genuinely understood my struggle. Trent was able to help me with my problem that online, and customer service couldn't help me with. Nothing can ever substitute a great customer service experience in person. Thank you Trent, I will always be a customer of Chase bc of you!

Making a deposit with son at this bank. Tellers do not acknowledge him. On top of it have the audacity to say use automatic drop because we get busy. I say the service comes from the top down. Jaime Daimon is disgusting so why not just follow his lead. We are real close to going to a local bank. Count coins for free, say hello, no charge for a business account. My life isn't for making this too big to fail bank wealthier.
