Plenty of bankers in the bank however not enough who want to help. Only one person working the rest are In the office talking. Once they engage you they think walking fast toward you will make up for the noticeable inattentiveness. But they know we have no choice so nothing will change

Never had a bad experience at Chase. I really believe it is the best bank to work with. I have tried three other major banks and did not care for them at all.

Horrible customer services skills. They don't care about there customers. They don't care if your closing your account they don't do anything to try to retain there customers.go across the street to BANK OF AMERICA where they care about there customers and customers service.
