HORRIBLE Service.
This past Saturday I walked in and asked to speak to a banker. 
I was told to take a seat for few minutes, waited over 45 minutes and no one came to help me.
Then a worker asked if I was still waiting for a Spanish speaking banker.
I never asked for a Spanish speaking anyone and find it very racist.
All because I am of a Spanish heritage does not mean I don’t speak English.
I asked to speak to a banker in English.
So I am very offended by the way I was treated.
I take great pride in my heritage and the fact I speak English fluently.

You can not speak with a bank directly, you must speak to someone in Malaysia.
