They told me I can get my card on Saturday and I paid for that fee and I waited all day but the mailbox is empty.

I got a bank account at chase, put all my money in it, was given a ATM card while I waited for the real card, I tried using the ATM card and it wouldn’t read. I called customer service and was informed they didn’t even set up the ATM card and I would have to wait until the bank was open next and drive all the way back... as if I don’t have a job to be at...

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time is normally not very long, and one visit it all it takes to solve the question.

I recently went into Chase on 05/04/2013 and made a deposit. The bank is not showing a transaction history of the money being deposited into my account. If you are looking to use Chase be warned. Keep all your teller receipts and confirm your receipt is correct before you leave. This is not the first issue i have had with Chase, just the first issue I have had with this Branch. Be warned before you use this location to deposit your money.
