Disappointed with my experience. I went into this branch as a brand new customer interested in opening an account. I wasn't greeted by any of the staff who had all looked up to see me, so I went to a teller to be helped. She told me to sit and wait, which I did for 15min without anybody coming to even let me know that they'd be getting to me as quickly as they could. I got up and left and no one stopped me - a very poor introduction to a bank that could've had my business for decades. Shame on you, Chase.

I've had both good and poor experiences here as it depends almost entirely on the banker you sit with. Very inconsistent.

Try to come at odd hours to avoid long waits.

I know all banks try to stand out with exemplary customer service, but everyone at this location seriously nails it. I have had plenty of issues with Chase, but everything is usually quickly resolved or made better with the friendly staff here in The Shops at La Jolla Village Square. I can have a human conversation and be honest about my banking, which should not feel so odd. So glad I live near these nice Chase employees!
