I really like Chase the customer service at the locations in Michigan City Indiana and Bridgman Michigan are great. The representatives there at both locations are always very helpful and patient.
I generally do not like Banks but I am pretty happy with Chase my only complaint is that there are no Chase ATMs anywhere in Northwestern Indiana or Southwestern Michigan. Because of the lack of Chase ATMs that is the reason I only gave four stars instead of 5.

They froze 580.00 plus dollars on me.  Cancelled my card n acct.  And left me stranded 200 miles from home with no gas,  no money,  and no food.  I URGE EVERYONE TO CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNTS.

Tried canceling a cashiers check yesterday, banker Tim Towasnicki refused. Closed my account. Cashiers check was returned to me this morning, tried cashing it at another chase branch but at thia location they're telling me it was already cancelled..... My husband and I have been sitting for over an hour with a banker who is on the phone with corporate trying to figure out where our money went. A banker is now trying to convince him to reopen the account but I rufuse. Either your banker is a thief or he needs to choose another profession.

I love the positive and good energy everyone has at this bank... Always very helpful anytime I've had a question or needed help with my account when it was hacked they were right on it and solved the issues in a matter of minutes. And the new atm inside the bank gold mine love it.
