I've been a Chase customer for 8 years and this branch has provided the worst service. They never have a banker available(the banker is either on vacation or maternity leave, or sick, or booked out)....they are the only branch in town and within 25 miles south and other 25 north. They should be fully staffed.

Called this place 3 times , mid day , and nobody answers the phone. Great customer service !!!

Terribly rude ass teller will not come back considering closing my account. Remember it's customers is the reason you have a job think of that next time your an ass!
