Terrible branch. After waiting 15 min on the line and being help for the manager. She didn't give me change, coin and singles. So i have to drive to another branch and do another line. I will never go back to this branch. The only great cashier is Patricia, the rest sucks.

Absolutely horrible bank!  The manager, Margie Blasberg, towed my poor elderly mother's car.  The bank didn't open till 9:00 a.m. and she got there twenty minutes before opening so she decided to walk across the street instead of fighting traffic and when she returned her car was gone!  She WAS a customer of Chase but because of this she closed her account.  Sign says parking is for customers of Chase bank.  That she was.  Margie argued that her car was parked there much longer than it would have needed to be to handle her banking needs.  Really?  That's their policy.  So basically she's saying that if your car is there longer than it should normally take to handle your banking, it should be towed.  Great customer service.  Now my poor mother is driving down to Miami to pay $100 to get her car back.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!  And the worst part is she wasn't even sorry about it.  Didn't do anything but argue her point.  Don't bank here.  Don't bother with her.  She is a horrible human being and should have no business handling other peoples money.  Clearly she doesn't care.

I have deposited a large amount of money 2 Saturdays ago. I counted the amount before going to the bank (it was in an envelope from another bank) and the teller counted the money in the machine in front of me. All good so far. When she went towards the back to deposit the money and brought me the deposit slip, $100 was missing. Could have fell somewhere, not sure what happened but it was missing. A couple of days later, after checking all my purses, car and covered all basis, i went to discuss the issue with a manager. I spoke to Assistant Manager Maria (she was the highest manager on duty that day apparently) who listened to me, said she will investigate and will give me a call back. Here we are 4 business days later, and no call whatsoever to at least let me know something was done. I am considering filling a police report to check the cameras to see what really happened. A simple call  would have been greatly appreciated.

Unbelievable bank. They blocked a transfer to another bank from my account the second time, also they blocked my access to online banking, I have confirmed to them over the phone that I did the transfers and they are very stubborn and do not care to provide the service what I need. I have to go in person to the bank for the second time to unlock online account access. This is year 2016. You do not count as a customer to them, your money count, and they will do what they want with your money as it belongs to them. Keep away!
