It's not that bad. This bank it's ok, but much better than bank of America, that one, that's a real shi***. Chase Bank has a car service, and their customer service is good.

Terrible service. I Entered and got ignored . They don't even have a sign in sheet so when I asked the guy he told to be seated and I'll be helped . Another person came in after me and was helped before me . There wasn't even any coffee nor cups . Worst Chase ever

They are trying to go so high tech that they have lost customer service. No drive-thru (permanently closed) and only 2 tellers inside. Rest of employees just sit around. Used to be a great bank. Now it is horrible to come to.

This bank is nice structurally but the service is terrible. I called prior to showing up and it took several rings before they answered. When I did show up I was seated and ignored while the bank was EMPTY
