Extremely poor customer service and rude behavior. Will never go there again. Have decided to close chase accounts after this incident.

Excellent customer service quality! Service is always very fast and tellers are very professional addressing your needs. The branch manager often walks around greeting customers to see if she can assist them with anything. I been lucky to be there when its not very busy but the times that it has been the service moves quite fast as well.
Very much enjoy coming to this branch and will continue to visit

Called to ask how long it took to open an account, I only have an hour for lunch and need a card same day. Person on the line said walk right in no need for an appointment they were slow. Walked in and waited 30 minutes and was told I didn't have enough time and that I should have made an appointment. Told them I called and was told differently, then asked if I wanted to waste another lunch tomorrow to do it....NO THANKS!  Thanks for the poor communication and lack of customer service.

Only 1 teller during lunch time. Line was almost out the door. Meanwhile the manager and at least 4 other employees in cubicles, who were not helping customers, made no attempt to jump behind the counter and help the ONE teller working. I confronted the manager about it as she was telling people to go use the ATM and she said the people in cubes were licensed and not tellers. So what?! If there is a line out the door and only one teller on duty they should suck it up and be a team player for the sake of their customers. Terrible.
