I went to this bank 3x to open a bank account and all those times I felt neglected, every single time, so I just opened to a different bank.

Came in to open a joint account with my wife. I am already a customer here, but they still treat me with respect like I am their only customer. Every from the people behind the main counter to those who do the one-on-one banking are always great. Everyone always answers any question I ever have and are more than willing to bend over backwards to help me out. They always rush any large check or new card to me. Superb customer service all around!
