The Chase bank at 240 N Washington Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34236 used to be good, had good management, and great employees. 
Now (fall of 2016) is a place to avoid because is a waste of time going there - long waiting because only one teller was working when I went there (Sandra), she is a nice person but unfortunately is having limited knowledge even about basic issues, probably because of poor OJT and I guess questionable branch management.
Obviously client's time and the quality of services provided are not important for their management and the branch is not looking great at all, a poor cry compared to other banks in Sarasota.
Probably I'll close this account.

The bank is great but this brance is horrible! We waited 45 min just to be told they cant help us today and to go to a different branch location.  During that time two tellers, and one banker doing nothing. Ohhh wait yes they were talking to each other and on phones. I understand a phone call but should never take the priority over a actual customer.

They have the best suckers and the tellers are amazingly friendly. The only issue i have with the bank is it practice of fractional reserve lending which proves itself unsustainable on a worldwide, systemic level.
