Absolutely the worst customer service out of all the chase branches. I will never come here again. The Asian manager shuts the doors at 5:50 and scrambles when she sees someone coming to the door. She scrambles so much that she drops the keys trying to Lock the door while customers are outside waiting to go in. People need the bank to be open until 6 pm not until 5:50. Will never go to this chase again. So much for closing at 6 pm. Seems like she doesn't want to work past 6. Maybe she should get a job that gets off at 4.
