Where do I begin... First off, as a business account holder it's a disappointment to stand in line for 35 minutes because this chase branch decided to only have 2 teller stations in the entire branch. They took out the drive-thru tellers because it's a good idea to put a new ATM in, yet the have one next to it is falling apart. Real disappointment... smh worst customer service!

Beyond upset.  My son deposited a check for me in the account and the check cleared and posted; when I went to access funds they moved the funds into a holding area.  It was my son's insurance check and we needed the money so he could buy a new car. Chase had the monies for more than 10 days and even notified me that all funds were available. Chase would not let me have access to the money on the day I needed it so my son has since lost the opportunity to buy the car as the seller since sold the car.  They stated they mailed me a check yet, 10 plus days and it never arrived. I was even told that my new debit card would arrive before Monday. We took the car for inspection and have invested time in money in locating the correct car.  Do you think Chase will help find me another car or simply say I am sorry...This cannot be undone and is completely a service failure as someone did not document the account properly so we could be advised not to deposit funds.  I have several other accounts and many friends in the banking industry.  I will be advising my many thousand local friends not to do business here. Do not trust your money here on any level!!

Horrible customer service. Was waiting in line to speak to a customer service representitive for 40 minutes. One a Red headed employee came out of the cubicle I asked if my issue could be resolved online and how, she stated "you need to be patient have a seat and wait like everyone else" Followed by an "Everyone has needs". Just ridiculous, I couldn't believe how rude that employee was over a simple question.
