We called the local St Cloud, Fl branch and asked if we could purchase (exchange) US dollars for Cuban (CUC's) for an upcoming trip to Cuba. We were informed that we could obtain the CUC's from the local bank but it would take two days to process and obtain the Cuban currancy. We called the local bank the next day just to confirm we could order and obtain the Cuban currancy and ask if we should go to the "tellers" window or sign the log to see a service agent; we were informed again that we could obtain the Cuban currancy (2 day process period) and that we should go right to a "teller". We went to the local bank, stood in the line and when we finally got to the teller we were informed that we could not obtain Cuban currancy at this bank. Neither the Teller or be Branch Manager could tell us why the local bank Customer Service Agent (on 2 separate occasions) informed us we could obtain Cuban currancy from their bank. When account holders call the local bank with specific questions and services from the same bank, we should have received accurate information, not have to make a trip to the bank to be informed otherwise. Get your act together!

Chase bank does not allow you to deposit cash in someone's account. You must first stop at another bank and get a money order. Ridiculous.
