Reviews
Drive through is always backed up, and lobby tellers are overwhelmed. A more effective distribution of staff when an influx of customers arrive is needed. Unnecessary wait times cause this location to have complaints, fix that and it will have much more satisfied customers.

The only individual i have worked with at this location is macy. She is extremely rude and hard to work with. My customer service experience is beyond poor working with her. I asked for her to hand me my money instead of laying all of my bills and change on the table,she looks at me picks the money back up,re counts it then places it back on the table and tells me to have a nice day. For all of the business i have brought to this location,i would think they would treat there regulars with better customer service, apparently not. If you are in the area,avoid this location along with macy altogether. Unless you enjoy horrendous customer service..
