I've been involved with many banks, and while Chase could be a great bank, this specific location is not a proper bank. When you close your account they call the manager (intimidation tactic) to try to persuade you (manipulative tactics) to keep you on board. I understand that no banks want to lose their customers - they loan out customer's money and the interest earned is how banks make profits. 

Unfortunately, the manager was rude and continued to play manipulative tactics with me despite me calling her out. Personally, I haven't heard positive experiences with this bank. I'm sure Chase has its positive sides, but it makes me wonder, if a manager has to resort to extreme manipulation to keep a customer, what does that say for the financial situation of this specific bank location in general?

This chase is clean, parking is the worst but they make up for it with there staff super friendly familiar faces and they are good honest people. Love doing my bussiness here!
