I've been with this branch since they took over WaMu. The gang here is terrific, they strive on 100% client satisfaction and deliver every time! Alexandra, Marion.. everyone there.. always looking out for my best interests whether it's for personal or business banking!

Needed to withdraw $5000 from Chase Liquid for down payment on car purchase. Another branch set up the acct but never advised of the $3000 daily limit. The Branch Mgr Alexandra was able to work miracles. So grateful for her wonderful service!

Waited a long time so many representative who are chatting and gossiping. Totally ignored people who waiting to get help. Still here it's been more than 30 minutes.
