total and complete failure.  they NEVER answer the telephone...   started calling at 8:55am....   stopped calling at 10:00am - no answer...
waited till lunch and called again.   again no answer...   did this for 7 full days - no one EVER answers the phone.   and for gawds sake NEVER send a deposit there through the mail.  total failure

Debbie aka Debora is a rude and disgusting employee! Stay away from this branch if you don't want Debbie to curse you out and be blatantly disrespectful. Girl needs to get dragged all over that branch! She needs to be fired immediately! So far my friends and family are going to close our accounts at this branch because of Debora! Don't open an account at this branch. Be careful! It must be because its location is in the ghetto!

The slowest branch in South Florida!!

Jennifer Reynosa. Aka. Halloween bi@#$. Is the wrist empire this bank has ever hired!!! My friends and family are closing out accounts cause of her!!  She's choosing this company money with her negative attitude. She needs to be fired immediately! I will be contacting corporate if nothing's done!

At what freaking point and time did you guys decide it would be a great idea to put the atm 2 feet off the ground? I don't want to have to bend over to handle my finances. Stuff like this is why I'm losing faith in the world.
