This was my first time at this branch, having recently started a new job in the area.  I made an accounting error (a BIG one) and needed help to straighten it out and hopefully refund some returned check charges.  I was lucky enough to be paired with Mr. Albert Seraydar, who was sympathetic, helped me make some changes to my account to ensure that should I make such an error in the future, I would be protected and because I haven't done anything so dumb (in a while) was kind enough to refund the charges.  I felt like I was sitting with a friend and neighbor instead of one I had only just met.  I highly recommend the Parsippany Road branch, everyone is friendly and helpful.  And I look forward to my next visit.  Thank you Al!

Albert was really helpful and solved my issue for online banking with chase. I really appreciate his dedication towards work even after closing time for the branch had passed, he sat down with me and worked to resolve my issue.

Warning: DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH MOHAMED MAHMOUD RAMADAN!!!  My sister in law's husband passed away 11/14 unexpectedly and she still has not been able to transfer the money  of out his IRA with Chase Bank.  She has met with him twice, filled out numerous forms, has been transferred between Chase employees and she still has not been able to transfer her late husband's money 6 months later.  Her accountant has sent several requests to no avail.  I recently filed a report with the BBB and SEC so hopefully they can help.  She is a widow with two kids in college and Mohamed has not helped her at all even though he received commissions from his account for years.  Look on the web, many complaints against Chase Investment Services,owned by JP Morgan.
