Great customer service when going to window but when signed up to speak to teller the weight time is excessive and as you wait they do not even acknowledge you. Not a "someone will be with you shortly" or "thank you for your patience" smfh they can't even read the list of names right, they'll place people in front of you when your name is right there !

The bank staff were very helpful and I was able to process withdrawals, deposits, and open up accounts quickly. They were also able to replace my debit card right away

Excellent Customer Service skills. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the LONG waiting period. It was very crowded.
