This bank, this branch, gets the award for the worst customer service I have seen...and I have seen some bad ones, trust me. We were here to open a new account and had to leave after waiting for 30 minutes...that is 30 minutes of waiting on a business, working day. 
If they were busy or there were plenty of customers, I would understand but no, I guess the staff just pick and choose who to respond to. Taking my business elsewhere, glad to not be banking with them!

My husband and I went to this branch 8/10/17. My husband had to take off early so that we could meet with a banker and open a business account. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and the bank closes at 6:00 p.m. The banker Marco, asked my husband for his identification so that he could begin the process. My husband showed his I.D. and social security #, but Marco wouldn't begin the process until he saw a green card or a passport. (My husband is Hispanic.) I offered to go home and get a second identification and come back while they continued the process. Marco said it would take to long and he got off at 6:00. 
The next day we went to a different branch and we didn't have any problems. The banker only asked for my husband's driver licencens, debit card, and social security #. He NEVER asked for a green card. 
My husband and I will never use the branch in Kenner again. If I would have been asking for a business card (I am white), Marco would have never asked me for a green card. The banker at the other branch, proved that Marco was being a racist against Hispanics and that we did have enough information to open the account the first time.
