I went in today to do a wire transfer at 1:45 . I was told the "1" person who could do the transfer was filling in as a teller. I would have to wait a half hour before she could help me  however there were two other people sitting behind the counter. Seems unlikely one of them couldnt have filled in as the teller for a few minutes so she could help us. There was one other person in the bank at the time. Poor customer service.  Sad since it is in a small town  and we try to stay local  for our business.  I had to drive to paddock lake. They were happy to help and were friendly.

This particular brand is poorly managed it's truly unbelievable.  Try to call them and it tells you to call a different number and then hangs up.  They literally will have one teller managing 3 drive through lanes and the indoor registers.  I've waited 30 minutes to make a large cash with drawl and felt terrible for the poor girl who was running back and forth like a chicken with it's head cut off.  Meanwhile there were 3 or 4, maybe loan agents or managers, just casually walking around paying no mind to the 15 people standing there waiting to be served.  It's truly incredible.  If it weren't for Chase Quick Pay I wouldn't even have an account here.  I've recently moved the majority of my banking over the LandMark Credit Union.  It's a shame because for the past 20 years before all the GREAT tellers retired that were there my entire lifetime, it was great.  Hope the fix what ever is going on.  Still nice folks and it may not be their fault but Chase at a corporate level needs to get their sheet together.

This bank may have it's moments, but they have very friendly staff, especially in the drive thru, that always put a smile on my face! I feel valued and am glad they ID me when I take money out so I know everything is being done properly.

I love Chase but this branch is terrible! I call during business hours several times and get a recording that they are busy and please call again another time. Really? Each time I go there in person, the transactions take FOREVER and I'm usually waiting in line for 15-20 with very few people in front of me. Thank goodness Chase has deposits by phone or I would be dropping the bank simply based on my branch experience.

Burlington Chase Bank is wonderful! All the employees are very professional and friendly.  I  like that they ask for ID each time I come in so I know my account is safe.
