We came to open a basic savings account for my 8 year old to deposit a birthday check from Grandpa.  It took 50 min (including a 15 min wait before being served) and the personal banker had to get up and leave us to either get basic new account literature,  something off the printer,  or help because she did not know how to do something and needed a supervisor assistance.  I have been a Chase client for 30+ years,  so I'm likely not going anywhere,  but if they have their own printer,  a supply of the basic new account hand outs she could minimize her time away from us,  and get us in & out in 15-20 min as expected rather than 2.5x plus the initial wait time.

I have 2 personal accounts, business account and 3 credit cards with chase. I use chase for about 5-6 years and now when I wanted to add my wife to one of my accounts they asked me for proof of citizenship, passport or green card. I showed my work permit to proof that I am legal in USA and looks like didn't work for them. They supposed to ask for 2 forms of ID, what citizenship has with this? They just didn't want to help me at all. I felt discriminated. Ok, what can I do now...??? Probably I'll have to close all my accounts with chase and take Bank of America as a solution...?! That's ridiculous...!!!
