Ya this location needs help. The manager is never there. Always has a reason not to be there every day. Other than that, when helped and very nice staff.

Poor, Poor customer service. This is my first google review.  In June, I left 2 messages for the local branch because after calling Chase I was told to contact local branch. Branch did not even know they had VM set up. So informed me when I called back that they do not have VM. So, that's why message not received. I called several times finally talked to Brittney and someone else, leaving several messages asking for a return call from a Banker. Now about 6 weeks later, calling again very irritated, asked for a call back today from manager. Received call back today from branch Manager and gave him earful off poor service experienced.

NO customer service at this location.

Waited over 30 minutes on a Tuesday at 3pm just to open a bank account. This place is so understaffed.

Terrible customer service. Opened an account here, then ended up closing a few months later because of the bad service. First Bank in Parker has excellent customer service as does Wells Fargo in Castle Rock. I wouldn't bank with Chase after my experience here.
