Chase cost us a great mortgage rate because of their lack of communication and knowledge. Ashley Lutz and Helen Randall were the two responsible for the HUGE error!

Usually very slow 3 deposits take 15 minutes. It should take 5 maybe

I have used this brach twice while traveling to the Parker area. Tellers are friendly, helpful and quick.

Stay away from Chase..full of gimmicks.  I received a message from them I'd receive 50 dollars for opening a savings account with 10,000 or more.  I moved 13,900 into an acct. and opened another with 30,000.  A few months later I received a service charge saying my one account had fallen below their 15,000 minimum and I was billed 20 dollars.  All they needed to do was to call and I would have switched some money out and added it into that acct., or brought more money in to  avoid the charges.  I went down and closed the acct. and the manager told me she would fix it and I told her no thank you..I did not want to do business with them anymore.  She said "I would have made sure you got your money back, but since you are closing the accounts I am not giving you the money back".  Anyway - Good riddance...  A week after I closed my acct.  I received yet another thing from CHASE saying I'd get 50 dollars for opening a savings acct. with 10,000 min.  Seems like a bunch of crap to get you to open the acct. even though they know that is not enough to avoid the 20 dollars a month fees.  Why not just be honest and say it needed to have 15000 min to avoid charges.
