Older Filipino lady gave my deposit back to the other teller, telling me that she wanted the window free.  She was already not helpful.  Next week, she suggested that I do a bank drop (to avoid inconvenience to her)?   I was already upset but said nothing.  She then had the nerve to complain to my boss that I was the problem.  I come into the bank with large deposits. Not only was her customer service  bad, she had the nerve to complain about the customer like she was the victim when she was the perpetrator.

Someone stole my wallet with my debit card inside it, I reported my card stolen to Chase and they cancelled it. Two days later, the thief walked to this branch with my stolen card and the teller handed him $2,000 of my money, also provided my account info. How the hell the teller did that with my card reported stolen????

Waited 30 min in line because there was no one to direct me to where I needed to go to open an account when I finally get to the only window open the lady told me I had to sign in and she couldn't help me I asked her why isn't there a sign to direct people to where they need to go because there is no one in front for that and she has the audacity to tell me there is when there is clearly nothing or no one this was just bs

This branch seems to focus more on Private Clients, so there are only two teller windows, but they have a lot of self-serve ATMs in the lobby for making deposits or withdrawals so you won't have to wait in line for that. Plenty of free parking outside.

Friendly people, but they did help cause the economic crisis of the late aughts.
