Extremely rude customer service. In the process of changing banks. The East Wenatchee branch is amazing and so friendly but I will not set foot in the Wenatchee branch again.

Great customer service every time.  They always greet promptly and acknowledge the customer.  Very friendly and professional staff. Great job Wenatchee branch!

They refuse to accept cash payments for anything unless you are on the account. You cannot call and authorize a payment or even just leave the payment without getting a receipt. Chase clearly prefers business accounts over personal accounts, to have such an arbitrary policy in place.

For costs they have reduced their staff to a disfunctionally small number. Their products are great but too slow.
