Sold a vehicle to someone who also has a Chase account. As we went to deposit his check into my account, I was told there would be a hold of up to 30 days before it cleared. Excuse me, it's a Chase check! I told buyer to make check out to cash, and we'd do it that way to avoid hold time. Bank told us they didn't have the $7500 cash on hand (yeah right, but the average ATM at 7/11 has over $10 thousand in it). Had to get a manager involved to do a "pretend" cash deposit for me to avoid hold time. Not my first issue here. I took $5000 of fund raiser cash from my son in law's funeral to deposit in my account to help offset my funeral expenses (they could see my check to Voran was cashed, but no matter); and was told to produce my ATM card and PIN # before they would do it. AND they scanned every bill! Made me feel like a drug dealer! (I'm 62, gray, with 5 grand kids). The Livernois Chase is much friendlier, stay far away from this place.

My mother and I had a great experience working with Rey Farah at this Chase Bank location when we recently refinanced her house!  Rey was very patient and willing to answer the zillion questions we had throughout the process as he guided us through it each step of the way.  I highly recommend working with Rey Farah @ Chase if you're in the market to refinance your house!
