Not to my liking. Too often they say they are too busy to answer their phone, and this makes it difficult to get information about your account. I also find the internet banking to be cumbersome and difficult to navigate.

I would agree that everybody is always very nice and friendly.  Employees are all very professional.  ATM has only been out of service on one occasion that I have needed it in the three years my husband and I have used this branch.
