Everyone in this branch is exceptional! Top-notch customer service for every banking need I have had there. I've been a customer since Chase acquired Washington Mutual about 5 years ago. At first I was concerned about keeping my account with Chase since I've had really terrible experiences with 3 of the other big banks in the past but I have been pleasantly surprised at how progressive and helpful they've always been. I can't recall even having one minor issue with my account.

I used to have really bad experiences whenever it involved Chase bank. However that changed after visiting this branch. The branch manager, Michelle, is extremely nice and very personable. The personal bankers went above and beyond to help us out. They made us feel as if we were really visiting the 'friendly, neighborhood' chase bank, which sounds corny but that is how we felt. The service they provided that day was exceptional and totally changed my attitude towards Chase bank.
