Very friendly people. My Dad & Mom have banked at the one in Crestwood, KY 
They have always tried helping my father with anything they possibly could.  They have some awesome banking system. 
Savings is awesome they are wonderful people to deal with. Miss carolanne we miss you!!!!

I went to make a deposit in my saving account. I filled out the deposit slip and checkmarked SAVINGS account. I handed the clerk 2 forms of identification, an ID and a  credit card, and said I need to make a deposit in my savings account. She then asked me to insert my credit card in the machine and enter my pin, assuming it was a debit card and a checking account. She was on her phone when I walked up. She did not listen to a word I had to say, check my ID, the deposit slip, or anything. Please fire her and hire someone else so I feel comfortable going to this branch. She cannot be trusted to handle money, especially someone elses. Nov. 15th 2017, 3:55pm.

Since my last negative review I have been cheated out of 40 cents. I need quarters to do laundry and on more than one occasion I have received a roll of quarters with 39 quarters and nickel. They do not account for whats there when it comes in or someone is trying to make a little extra money within the branch. I suggest you check it before you leave. Jan. 9 2018.
