Pimple face banker tried to refuse me of making an account because I said I was trying to cash a check. Also I called and was told I would be able to cash a check for 8$ fee when when i get there 20 mins later they have no idea of what Im talking about.

my grandmother had made a mistake and instead of assisting correctly, they tried to make it seem as if it was her fault "since the bank tellers have been there for years". spoke to branch manager john genzele, he told me repeatedly to "stop talking" during the conversation. this bank is a joke.
