I opened a bank account at this Chase branch when I was in graduate school and have kept my account for the past 5+ years. The customer service at this branch is excellent. Location on Court Street is quite convenient, although parking can be tough (there is a parking structure nearby, however, with meters that take quarters).

[Update 5/4/17] - This bank just made me even MORE happy by providing excellent customer service over the phone (I live out of state). I heart heart this branch and don't regret keeping my account here even though I've moved to South Carolina where we have no Chase branches. Keep up the good work Chase Athens Court Street!
