The absolute WORST bank. We tried to cash a check from our insurance at the 42nd st location, first we were told we had to make an account, so we waited. Then after an hour we were told that "the person who could assist us was no longer available." So we went to this bank the following day. They assisted us in making the account but lied about when the money would be available. We were told it would be available on Monday, it is now Tuesday and we were told it would be available tomorrow. Every single time we talk to someone we get a different story, a different explanation and still leave or hang up with our issues or questions unresolved. As soon as the check clears we will close this account and hope to never deal with these idiots again.

Unbelievably slow service, I felt like we were bothering them at the west county branch ! Pathetic ! Irresponsible! These people don't need to be in the customer service business I don't ever write bad reviews but this service was disgusting , avoid this place if you don't want to be frustrated and mistreated . I had to leave to another branch cause they are pathetic

Well I came in and just needed a paper for direct deposit and I was told to wait.I was waiting forever I kept looking around to see if maybe the staff was busy with other customers but they were not. They were busy talking and drinking coffee and I'm usually pretty patient but that got me upset.
