I come here and I have get the worst service. Along with many others I see frustrated and lost as to what to do- NOTHING changes here! No coin counter since I know 2013. Rude slow people who really don't care cause it shows. Wanted to get a document notorized and it's been 45 minutes. I'm still here! I've already started moving my money and it's just a matter of days before I split completely!!! It's just a shame Chase- Washington st Kenosha has Corporate mentality and doesn't care about the people that keep them employed! I see the other complaints and they are all recent- DO SOMETHING and check out your branch!

I just went to chase bank in Washington road and a woman vintage service  horrible. She is so rude and speak rudely too, I  just wonder how could  you  keep this job if you treat customer like that and your boss never training y I ur guys how to respect customers. Horrible service

Sat for 40 minutes to replace a lost debit card. Watched multiple people sit and leave. Watched two employees in the back chatting the entire time. If it's busy, take your break when it's not busy. To the lady in the pink dress - I'm talking about you!

My banker was quick and made my replacement card in 5 minutes. She apologized for the wait.
