Everytime I come to this bank they have been absolutely helpful. Even when I call them they always go up and beyond. Looking at the other reviews I will say this, they have no control over the parking lot conditions since they are with Fred Meyer. So send your complaints there. I will continue to use this bank for a very long time. Thank you for helping me!

Messed up my rim and tire pretty bad! I park and just walk to the ATM. Come on Chase fix this hole!

What kind of bank requires an account to exchange pennies, dimes, nickles, and quarters? This bank is a disgrace. I've been to many different banks with the money I have saved in change and I have never EVER had anyone tell me that I had to have an account there. I've been doing this since I was 6 years old. You guys are ridiculous. Money is money. There's no reason you couldn't have taken my change.

I went there to get money out of my account it took the money out of my account but it didn't give me the money and the bank will not give me my money back I have the receipt saying sorry and that it took the money and all they would say was I am sorry the ATM did this to you but there is noting we can do that in my opinion is stealing
