Worst bank. Especially if you are a merchant.  They NEVER have more than 2 tellers working. Even today, the first business day after a holiday weekend. There are over 20 people in line. And NO sense of urgency.  This is a daily occurrence.  And they got rid of there merchant services line about a month ago just to slow things down even more. I am recommending to my corporate office that we switch banks immediately.

Went to a branch with all my paperwork in hands birth cerftcate id I'm sac they told me I could open and account cause someone had open a fruadnet account with MY SSC I was very upset coming to find out it was the branch manager fault not mines only in American
