Will not be returning here . There was only 1 person ahead of me and the rep told me he couldn't assist me they were closing soon . It was 1 hour and a half before closing . All I wanted to do was a used onto my card that would take 10 minutes the most. He insisted it would take longer and there was more people in front of me instead I went to a different chase in Wallington and they added the name to my account in less than 10 minutes

The workers take too long to help customers. I will never ask them to help me again, for now on I will just go to the Chase bank in Paterson to help my with my account if I need to make a new change to it They are much faster

When I came in to the bank the front is empty and only 3 people after I got here 9 and it's 9:59 still waiting and front empty starting to get full not because to many people but because workers are too slow. Only 2 people helping and before that only one. The second only came cuz a guy was getting mad it was taking long.

Way to slow, walked in to remove someone from my acct and waited an hour with 3 ppl still ahead of me. Meanwhile there are 2 ppl standing by the ATM offering to help you use the machine. It's RIDICULOUS!! This branch really needs to learn how to utilize their employees better. Went to the branch in Nutley waited 5 mins and was done in 5.

Good service. You have to wait too much sometimes because is always full, but the associates are always happy and wanting to help
