Fix your customer service.  Your phones ring through to corporate, your drive-thru has been reduced to business customers only, but you have one person handling it, your lobby lines are ridiculous, and no I do not want to service myself...that's what all my fees go to pay for.  You're always trying to sell me additional services and yet you can't even handle the business I currently give you.  One more crappy encounter and I will move to one of your competitors.
