This is the worse branch that i ever visit.Today 03/31/17 I have appoinment with my customer to purchase his diamond so we pick this bank for convinience.We come on and sit at table just about 2-3 minute there is a guy( i don't remember his name but i wish) cam out and told us have to get out because we are not accepted to conducted business on his branch.I told him that i need to deposit money but he said i have to get out of the bank to talk with my client then come back.How rude and unprofessional is he.Last time when i visit branch in bellingham the manger actually invite us to a private room. I deposited 10k on this branch today plus i dealt with chase for many year and this guy bring me down

The ATM is 24 hours and secure behind a card access door so you don't have to worry about others around you.

The absolute worst of the worst. The individuals employed by Chase  at this branch are negligent, discriminatory , and all together the rude. They botched a basic wire transfer which cost a client of mine, and our organization, many dollars and man hours by refusing to speak to any party relevant to the transaction. What's more, the staff was tendered the requisite wiring instructions necessary to complete the transaction and ignored said information to impose their own agenda. All together, I would not trust any of the individuals working here with managing any of the most basic banking or financing tasks, those who include but are not limited too; Sophie Tu and David Snow.

There is a reason why chase sends you offers for $100 to open an account. They have more restrictions and ways to charge fees no matter how large of a balance you carry and when you finally get sick of it and close your account it will take you all day. The people on the phone will tell you why you have to do it at a branch and then the branch will make it as difficult as possible.
