If I could I would give this branch a negative star. Was going there on and off as I work in waukesha m. Today they decided to Deny me as my id was split and was taped. They made me feel like I was a criminal. Never go here!!!

My experiences at this branch have been both hot and cold, the most disappointing one had to be when I went in to get rolls of coins adding up to $40. 
rolls of quarters ($20.00)
rolls of dimes ($10.00)
rolls of nickels  ($6.00)
rolls of pennies ($4.00)
I did the math in advance and asked for the appropriate number of rolls of each coin. I watched the teller try to work out with pen and paper how much 8 ($0.50) rolls of pennies would cost ($4.00). I watched in pain as she came up with a different total each time she did the math. She seemed to think 8 rolls of pennies was $7.00. First it was $36.00, then $43.00, this went on for some time. I had to do my best to step in without insulting her intelligence due to being short on time.

I Called this chase bank in waukesha to ask about their savings accounts and I was told they can't talk about it threw the phone. So then I called another chase bank in Brookfield and I was explained threw the phone how their savings account work with no problem!!!!! Smh I'm never calling or stopping by this chase that's for sure!!!

Last several times I have gone in, nobody else in front of me in line but I've had to wait close to 5 minutes for service from one of the tellers.
