Most chase branches don't have a drive through teller, this one does and the service is fast!

Compared to other Chase locations the staff in SCW is incredibly helpful and open. Beyond financial advice, they focus on building strong personal relationships with their clients. For those interested, they also serve coffee.

i sold my boat and had cash to deposit, went into t his branch with my check book and they refused to take it unless I showed them ID of some sort.  WTF a bank refusing to take a deposit.  I have backed with chase for 30 years and this is the first time.  Teller said it was policy, BS, had a half notion to go back with id and close out all my accounts with chase bank.
Glad I am still with my credit union, they do not refuse to take a deposit of cash.
Can only hope that some one reads this and takes their business else where.

i walked in with no appointment and left in 20 minutes approved for a $3,000 chase credit card no interest for a year. great people. thanks jp!
