I HATE EVEN HAVING TO RATE 1 STAR
This bank in wylie has the most unprofessional illiterate staff of any bank I have ever had the displeasure to come in contact with. The so called manager I do believe thinks she owns the whole corporation of any and every chase bank worldwide and that is putting it nicely!  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ANY MONEY THAT YOU OWN I SUGGEST YOU GO ANY WHERE THAN THE WYLIE TEXAS LOCATION! They go by their own personal feelings rather than company/ banking policys. If this branch has ever made a mistake regarding your money and then have to fix said mistake then you are in a world of trouble and will then take your money and freeze or do anything in their power to make your life a living H***! And if you try to get anything done they will personally start making threats to close your account and I'm sure would try to ruin your credit! They will not give you info. on corporates phone numbers or address so be prepared to find elsewere. They will also lie to your face and threaten you with court and fees which was utter nonsense because the min corporate was contacted funds were released and able to have access to account the following day! I REPEAT IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION! I have been customer with Chase bank for over 20yrs with A+ credit and account history and to be treated by the staff at this location with such disrespect and disdain all because of a huge mistake on the staff's part and not my own to then take as a personal mission to basically ruin me financially is complete revengful and ludicrous that that one location needs to be completely closed if Chase wants to continue with allowing them to ruin the company as a whole! THIS IS A SCARY AND SAD SITUATION TO MAKE A GAMBLE WITH YOUR FUTURE AND YOUR MONEY!  There is no telling who all they have ruined because people mite not have known any better!

Compared to the Chase branches in other DFW locations I've used, this one is pretty sub-par, and I'm disappointed it's now the closest one to me. I needed a document notarized, which I had often got done at Chase branches where I lived previously. I called ahead to make an appointment, but was told I didn't need one. Then, once I got up there, I signed in and stood waiting nearly 10 minutes while the greeter (?) made small-talk with another employee, only to be then told they wouldn't have a free notary for hours. Very frustrating.

Surprisingly unhelpful. 

I tried to exchange foreign currency for USD, and was unable to because of Chase policy. The tellers were short with me, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The lady in charge, instead of trying to help me, essentially shooed me away and told me to find my answers online. I left the bank confused, and a bit upset. The lady in charge definitely needs more training on customer service. 

My visit was on March 24th 2017 at 11:25am.

Edit: I just took the currency to a Chase in Murphy. They were able to exchange 80% of the bills I brought in, because it wasn't against Chase policy to take those bills. Wow.

Been with Chase for 10 yrs now and could not be happier with a bank. Always treated me and everyone I have seen with respect, very courteous & always with a smile on their face.
