Michael who opened my checking account forgot to put in the code for the $200 cash reward. His solution: He looked at me like he didn't do anything wrong and said there is nothing they can do about it now. My sister is a manager at a bank in Ohio, she has forgotten to add coupon codes. They have been able to fix those issues WITHOUT the customer needing to provide the original code when the account was opened. I will be finding a new bank. I left Chase years ago and only returned for the $200 promotion they were offering which I didn't get to receive because of an error on THEIR part. Not good customer service at all. The bank should change the way they are able to correct issues that their employees make.

Very Poor customer service at this particular branch (most Chase banks are great). To be very clear about what happened (in case someone at Chase Corporate cares). I entered the bank September 13, 2017. (at about 11:50 AM), no customers in line, no customers at the teller counter/windows. Four (4) tellers behind the counter. I waited in the customer que for 3 to 4 minutes before any of the tellers said may I help you? (wow). I said to the teller "I thought maybe I needed to take a number". She said "You don't need to be rude". (That's not being rude, ignoring the only customer waiting for a teller for 3 to 4 minutes while there is 4 tellers talking about lunch, is). Maybe because one person doesn't constitute a line, they feel there is no need to help the customers in line.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Staff barely speaks the language. I have been to the local branch an provided the information they have asked for. I have provided information they asked for online. I have faxed information to them. I keep getting the same letter again and again. And no they can't connect you to someone who knows anything about your account. These guys are working in the stone age. If there was a score to give in the negative numbers.... Minus 5 Stars

Chase has to be the most backwards bank I've ever had the unpleasure of stepping into. I would give it a rating of less than one star if I could. I live in Florida and wanted to send money up to my son who is in school in NY. The teller told me that I was not able to deposit cash into my son's account. I was very confused a bank that doesn't accept cash for deposit. I then took out my ATM card to see if they accepted that ( I bank with Bank of America) the Chase teller informed me that they cannot take my bank card and if I wanted to deposit money into my son's account I needed to use a check. My response was who carries a check now a days and how can a cash deposit not be accepted. You know that the money is there. I very loudly stated that I am so glad I do not use Chase it is truly a backwards bank and I am very happy that both my personal and business accounts are with the bank of America. I left Chase and went straight to the BOA where they not only helped me make the cash deposit into my son's account and took away there bank Fee. I don't usually write reviews but I was so perplexed as to how Chase Bank would not take a cash deposit.

I went in the Spring-Hill Fl. branch to get some closing papers on my Michigan house notarized. I was so overwhelmed and insecure that I was going to do it wrong that I was one step away from being panicked. There were 43 papers and I was EXTREMELY intimidated doing it since my realtor (who said she would walk me through it before I left Michigan) was now out of the office. When I walked into the bank, I was greeted by Diana Receveur and she was possibly the sweetest, most fun, and such an easy going person. When I told her what I had to have done, she said "Oh, that's easy.... lets get this DONE!" I have never had a transaction at a bank leave such a positive lasting happy feeling. She took the stress away, added confidence and we got my closing handled in just a few minutes. GO DIANA! Thumbs up Chase!!!
