Went to pay off my mortgage.  They wouldn't accept my check and said I needed to get in line to talk to a banker.  They had one banker and about 10 people in line.  Why do I have to talk to a banker to make a payment?  I never had to before.   Well long story short.  I had to mail my payment to chase which went fine.  And I'm emptying my accounts and leaving.  What a sorry excuse for a bank.  Never heard of a bank that wouldn't accept your money in my life.

Unclear on policies, decides to mail my debit card to me instead of making it for me.  Didn't ask me for proof of residence or anything to verify current address, but had all the necessary documents in person to verify my identity standing there.  This is the straw that broke the camels back to switch accounts

I've had accounts with Chase for over 10 years and I don't plan on changing. When I have questions of concerns they always go out their way to help.
