They put a hold on my money I had 4 accts. It was 3 Mo,before I was able to access some of my monies! They let me withdraw two of my accts but would not release my savings nor investments.It took a little over a yr before I finaly got it. They had cut me a check 5 Mo prior but neglected to mail it...Then I had to deal w investment group who were very helpful.The employees in the bank are rude and snoopy..

Horrific customer service from a horrific faceless corporate entity.

First disclaimer: I don't bank here, nor would I. But I received a check drawn on Chase bank from a family member, and I chose to drop in to this branch to cash it.  First, I had to endure the heavy handed push to open an account.  Then they charged me $6 because I wasn't a customer. Sure, I understand they are in business to make a profit.  But they do that really well already, don't you think?
