Ordered $2 dollar bills 3 weeks in advance for a graduation gift was told that I would receive a call once they received them. Once I showed up one of their tellers had apparently handed them out to someone else. Honestly very unorganized and obviously they don't communicate well with each other. They didn't even apologize all they said was that there was nothing that they could do. Had to wait 50 mins for them to explain to me what had happened.

I use the atm inside because you can get up to 3000 dollars and not have to wait in line for a teller :-)

This place is pretty unprofessional, with bankers who don't know how to act during work. It's actually sad.

I'm glad I left before I opened an account.  45 min wait to open an account and there was a long line at the teller when I walked in. After reading the other reviews I'm relieved to dodge this bullet 😂
