Ive had several problems with this branch. I'm very unhappy and considering closing my account. I called to ask for specificic information and they are unwilling to help. They encourage to come to the branch, which is very unconvienent, if I had time to stop in I wouldn't be calling. They've put holds on my account which denies the availibilty to my own money. Ive gone thru an address change and it took them days to update my information. This bank has caused mr much hassle.

My drivers lience expired and have temporary lience with that can’t activate and create new passcode in the bank ? He suggested me to call the over the phone chase banking and activate. doesn’t apply same rule over the phone or in bank what kind of stupid bank policy is that ? He was suspecting me that I was some one else when wanted to activate my account ? Seems like in the bank employees need more training on products and bank policies ? Sucks stupid bank

This branch is cronically understaffed. Expect a very long wait to see a teller. Typically, your wait in line will be 10 - 20 minutes. Even though it is the closest and easiest branch to get to from my home, I go to the Monterey, Pacfic Grove, or Carmel branches instead.

1/2 hr wait time for three tellers & 2 atms, and that wouldn't have bothered me if they didn't have a staff member ask private information about my account (how much is in it?!?) when I am in line literally sandwiched less than a foot away from other customers on either side. I don't feel comfortable announcing that I'm about to cash a large check and withdraw $1000 to pay my rent, and then have another customer tell me go to the bank where my check was issued (where I do not have an account and could not withdraw the additional cash needed). They are probably just trying to be helpful but it's extremely inappropriate and is not going to make the line move any faster. Seriously do not ever use this bank, especially at high traffic times like apparently Friday at 3:50pm. I can't imagine what it's like after 5 and don't expect to find out since I will never be returning to this branch again.

I took my money out of this Bank. I recommend you take your money out too.
